Childrens Discovery Garden
The Children's Discovery Garden project was started in 2002 with the building of a field stone wall. Shrubs, walkways and a maze were added in 2003. Future plans are to add pathway edging and a gazebo. This park is adjacent to the Parkland Park playground and is intended to be experienced by both parents and children in fostering future gardening enthusiasts. The park is scheduled for grand opening in August 2004.
